Important Notice:

Tao Munch Club operates as a grocery & food reseller. When you order through our service, you are purchasing directly from APEX MERIDIAN HOLDINGS CO., LTD., not from the restaurants. We purchase food from our restaurant partners at wholesale prices and resell it to you with delivery service included.

1. About Our Service

1.1 Who We Are
APEX MERIDIAN HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Registration No: 0845568014283) operates Tao Munch Club, a grocery & food reseller service on Koh Tao, Thailand. We purchase fresh meals from partner restaurants and resell them to you with delivery service.

1.2 Our Role
Important: We are the seller of all food items on our service. We are not a marketplace or intermediary. When you order through Tao Munch Club:

  • You are buying directly from APEX MERIDIAN HOLDINGS
  • We have purchased the food from restaurants for resale to you
  • Your contract is with us, not with the restaurants
  • We handle all customer service and refunds

2. Pre-Launch Services

Currently, Tao Munch Club is in pre-launch phase. We offer:

  • Waitlist registration for customers
  • Restaurant partner wholesale agreements
  • Full-time driver employment opportunities
  • Newsletter updates about our launch progress

3. Ordering and Pricing

3.1 Pricing Structure
All prices shown EXCLUDE VAT. Your total includes:

  • Food Items: Retail prices as displayed
  • Delivery Fee: Distance-based pricing
  • VAT: 7% on all taxable items
  • Processing Fee: Payment processor fees (varies by method)

3.2 Wholesale Model
We purchase inventory from restaurants at agreed wholesale prices (typically 90% of menu price), allowing restaurants to maintain healthy margins while we handle all sales, customer service, and delivery logistics.

4. User Accounts and Registration

When you register for our service, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding any passwords or access credentials you use to access our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

5. Delivery Service

We provide delivery exclusively through our full-time employed drivers - not freelance contractors. All drivers receive salaries, benefits, and job security. Delivery fees are distance-based and clearly shown before checkout. If you order from multiple restaurants, each order incurs a separate delivery fee as we purchase and deliver from each location.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before food preparation begins: Full refund
  • After preparation starts: No refund (food already purchased)
  • For quality issues: Contact us within 2 hours with photos

7. Food Safety and Quality

As a food reseller, we are responsible for the quality and safety of all food sold through our service. We work closely with our restaurant partners to ensure high standards and handle all customer concerns directly.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of our service and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

As the seller of all products, we accept liability for food quality and safety in accordance with Thai consumer protection laws. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the value of your order.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat Thani Province.
